What is it
To accelerate and to make effective the promotion of equal treatment, as well as the elimination of discrimination, the Contact Centre UNAR has been activated. It is a free and multilingual service directed to the victims or witnesses of discrimination able to:
- Collect reports, accusations and testimonies regarding acts of discrimination.
- Provide information, orientation and support to prevent and contrast them.
The contact center offers a professional and qualified service to help whoever needs it with the denunciation process in order to report discriminatory behaviors.Through a careful investigation, where possible, it proceeds to the resolution of cases or to accompany the person discriminated during the jurisdictional process.
How it works
The contact centre is reachable via two ways:
- Calling the free number 800.90.10.10 from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. In this time slot the caller can speak personally with the operators, otherwise he can leave a message and an address in the answering machine to be called back, also during holidays.
- Filling up online forms accessible by this UNAR page.
