1. Type of data processed

3. Methods of processing

The processing of personal data consists of the collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of the same data, including the combination of two or more these operations.

5. Communication and dissemination of data

The data referred to paragraph 1 may be communicated, in compliance with current legislation, to external companies appointed by the National Anti-Discrimination Office for services of various kinds, such as, for example, the maintenance and assistance of the Site and related Services. 6. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of :

  • the origin of personal data,
  • the purposes and methods of treatment
  • the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments,
  • the identifying details of the holder, the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2
  • the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as a representative
  • the managers or agents designated in the territory of the State.

The interested one has the right to have:

  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data

  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed

  • the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been made known, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
