UNAR makes known its point of view on the cases of discrimination received
In this section, the opinions provided by UNAR are collected in relation to the cases of discrimination received. The opinions are not binding but constitute the act by which UNAR, by institutional mandate (Article 7, paragraph 2, letter and D.Lgs n.215 / 2003), makes its point of view known by exercising an orientation function .
